Terms
VanGuard Escrow acts as an independent escrow service and custodian for funds deposited by buyers until agreed conditions are met. By using our services both parties acknowledge that VanGuard holds funds in trust and will only release them upon buyer confirmation or final dispute resolution. VanGuard does not assume liability for fraudulent representations made by buyers or sellers; however, we provide mediation and verification services to minimize risk. Fees, timelines, and specific deliverables must be documented in the transaction agreement. In case of disputes, both parties must cooperate with evidence submission. VanGuard reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of illegal activity or clear policy violations. Use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Privacy Policy
We collect and process personal data necessary to provide escrow services—contact details, transaction records and verification documents. Data is stored securely and retained as needed for compliance. We do not sell personal data to third parties. For disputes or legal requirements, we may disclose data to law enforcement or payment processors. Users may request access or deletion subject to regulatory exceptions.
Disputes & Arbitration
In case of a dispute, VanGuard provides a structured resolution flow: evidence submission, mediator review, and final determination. Parties agree to attempt mediation before arbitration. If arbitration is necessary, it will follow the procedures stipulated in the transaction agreement. Specific jurisdiction details are provided per-transaction.
